About Me

I’m Eleanor, a psychodynamic counsellor. I offer a calm, reflective space where you can bring whatever feels important, even if you’re not sure where to start.

I work with adults and welcome people of all identities and backgrounds, including those of different genders, sexualities, races, abilities, neurodivergent profiles, and cultural backgrounds. Feeling truly accepted and understood is an important part of therapy, and I aim to create a space where you can bring your whole self without fear of judgment.

I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent clients and those experiencing pre- and postnatal depression, miscarriage, infertility, or child loss. While these are areas of focus, what matters most is not the label or diagnosis, but how you are feeling and what you are going through. Many people also seek counselling for anxiety, depression, stress, grief, or other life transitions. These experiences are approached with sensitivity, acknowledging their emotional impact while offering space for reflection and self-understanding. Each person I work with brings their own story, and I am committed to creating a respectful, non-judgmental environment where these experiences can be explored safely.

I offer 50-minute weekly sessions in person at Eastleigh, Alton and Basingstoke. Please note that my in-person spaces do not have step-free access at this time. However, online sessions are also available and provide a comfortable and flexible alternative for anyone who wishes to use them. If you feel ready to begin therapy, or simply if you’d like to find out more, please get in touch. We can discuss your needs and see whether we might be a good fit.

If you would like to explore counselling, or simply want to ask a question, you are very welcome to get in touch. We can talk about what has brought you here and think together about whether it feels right to begin.
