This website is hosted by Squarespace, which processes data on my behalf in order to provide website hosting, contact forms, and analytics.

Data submitted through the contact form is sent securely to my email. I take reasonable steps to ensure that any personal data I hold is kept secure and confidential.

How long I keep your data

  • Enquiry data is kept only for as long as necessary to respond and determine whether we will work together

  • If counselling does not proceed, enquiry data is deleted within a reasonable period

  • If counselling does proceed, personal data is retained in line with professional and legal record keeping requirements

I do not sell, trade, or rent personal data to third parties.

Your data is only shared where necessary for website functioning with:

  • my website provider

  • service providers who support the secure functioning of the website
