Where We Meet

I offer sessions in three calm and welcoming spaces: Eastleigh, Alton, and Basingstoke. Each room is private, quiet, and designed to help you feel supported. Please note that these rooms are not currently step free. However, online sessions are also available and provide a comfortable and flexible alternative for anyone who wishes to use them.

Our First Steps Together

The journey usually begins with a brief, free initial call of around 10–15 minutes. This gives us a chance to talk about what’s going on for you, and for me to explain a little about how I work. It’s a gentle way to see if we feel like a good fit.

If it feels right to continue, we then have an initial consultation of up to an hour and a half. This session is charged at the standard rate, and afterwards I invite you to take some time to reflect on whether it feels like the right match for you.

From there, we can choose what works best for you:

• Short-term exploration – a few sessions to see how things progress.

• Regular weekly sessions – ongoing support if we both feel it’s the right fit.

Session Details

Sessions last 50 minutes and are scheduled weekly.

Fees

The standard fee is £60 per session. I also offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces for those who need them. All enquiries are handled confidentially and with understanding.
